No. All the sneakers we sell are brand new. They have never been worn and come in DeadStock condition with their original box and all accessories unless otherwise noted. Please note: Some of the shoes available are very old and can show signs of aging depending on their original release date.

ORDERING

If you have made a purchase and did not receive an email from BuyRetroJordans.com within 48 hours from your purchase time; you should check your Spam or junk-mail to see if our emails ended up there. In case for some reason you still have not received any email from BuyRetroJordans.com, please contact our Customer Service with your full name, date of purchase, item purchased, email address used and your phone number. We will contact you within 24 – 48 hours with information about your order.

Yes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. However, please be sure before you place your order. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged per item for ALL order cancellations that have already been processed.

Beyond 24 hours orders cannot be cancelled as they have already behind the fulfillment process.

SHIPPING

The shipping cost is included on all orders to valid addresses in the United States and Canada including APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. ALL GOODS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ANYTHING IS SHIPPED! All other countries shipping cost are automatically calculated at checkout.

All orders are Shipped Worldwide via Priority Mail Service. We are able to ship items to most countries in the world. However, there may be some exceptions and we reserve the right to refuse any order on this basis. You will not be charged if we cannot ship items to your country. Your order will be cancelled and we will notify you.

All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package. Please note: Your local post office will not hold your package indefinitely and it may be returned to us. If this occurs, items can be resent to you but you will be charged the shipping rate to your destination.

Customs Charges (Duties)
For foreign destinations, orders may be subject to a customs duty charges. All shipments passing through customs are listed as gifts to help reduce the likelihood of charges. However, we are not responsible for any customs charges for orders placed with us.

We prefer shipping to your confirmed or verified address with your Bank/Credit Card company. Due to the high value and demand of the shoes we sell, we DO NOT SHIP to unconfirmed addresses to protect our company from fraud.

If you wish to have an item shipped to an address other than that listed with your Bank/Credit Card company, please contact them and have the address added to your account before you place your order with us. If you have an established order history with us we may make exceptions to this rule.

DELIVERY

Most orders received before 7 pm Eastern Standard Time are authorized within 24 hours. They will then be shipped out within 3 business days. Some of the sneakers we carry must be special ordered and will take approximately 8 business days to ship out. Please feel free to contact us for the specific availability on your desired shoe.

We ask that our customers allow up to 14 business days for orders to arrive. However, it is our experience that most orders will arrived between 7-10 business days. Within the United States orders can sometimes arrive within 5-8 business days. However, we cannot guarantee this timeline.

We strive to have all orders arrive as quickly as possible. However, we ask that you order with at least 14 business days of lead time if you are ordering a gift especially during the holiday season.

When your payment has been processed and cleared, (usually 24 hours), your order will be processed by our shipping department. Your order will be packaged, labeled and shipped your order your confirmed address usually within 3 business days unless the shoes are a special order. Once your order has been shipped you will immediately receive an email confirmation of the shipment. Tracking information for your order will be included and is usually active online via USPS.com or your local carrier in approximately 48 hours.

RETURNS

All sales are final. However, in the rare event our team makes an error during processing we will accept an exchange or return for credit to ensure customer satisfaction.

Contact our customer service within 2 days of the original date of delivery to receive an RMA (Returning Merchandise Authorization), our return address and further details.
